Absolutely, I cut the top part off of them, dry them out and plant them.
I have lilies in my yard from many,many Easters. They come back each year.

Yes, you can. I’ve planted mine outdoors and they bloom every year. You can trim the leaves and plant them now or wait and plant them in the Fall. Enjoy

Yup , just stick em in the ground, the will divide and you will have more next year! But, remember the plants you buy in the store, have been forced to bloom early, depending where you live for Easter. Mine aren’t ready to bloom yet and I live in Stockton Ca.I stuck em in the ground last year.

It depends on where you live. The common Easter Lily can suvive winter temperatures down to -10 degrees. Anything below that will kill them. There are hardier varieties out there that can take -30 but those are not the ones commonly sold around Easter. Also, voles eat them so if you have voles use a repellant when you plant them.
