I am the mother of a three year old girl and a six year old boy.
This year for easter we are going to my boyfriends sisters house for the first time. She has 4 kids of her own.
My son stayed home from school today and I am looking for a fun easter- based craft project that I can do with both kids, and hopefully bring the finished products with us to easter day.
I don’t have much stuff around the house, but I was thinking maybe paper-mache? that’s just flour water and newspaper…
See, I’m grasping at straws, that’s why I’m here. Please help me be a fun mama on this snowy spring day!
Paper mache can be a bit messy. What about making a bunny out of wash clothes? Everybody has wash clothes at home. I did these when I was little and it was fun….it was something that I could give to my mom. Here are the directions on how to make them.

You can also use these bunnies as what they cal boo boo bunnies. you can put a piece of ice in the back and put on a boo boo.
Good Luck!!
Paper mache can be a little tedious and too long for this age (Unless it’s a really small project). I’d suggest something simple and fun and fairly quick like this…
