I was brought up in …
I was brought up in an Italian household and my grandmother who came from Calabria made Italian Easter Bread every year. Though our recipe isn’t like this, but is just a sweet bread that is braided in a circle with colored Easter eggs baked into the bread and had an optional white glaze. Don’t forget it depends on what part of Italy you come from as what is traditional. Dishes are different and some are only traditional to a certain province.

John’s corned beef hash recipe on here (and on his website) looks tremendous. I haven’t tried it yet because I haven’t cooked a corned beef lately, but it’s my first stop when I bring my next corned beef home from the grocery store…
