I am the mother of a three year old girl and a six year old boy.
This year for easter we are going to my boyfriends sisters house for the first time. She has 4 kids of her own.
My son stayed home from school today and I am looking for a fun easter- based craft project that I can do with both kids, and hopefully bring the finished products with us to easter day.
I don’t have much stuff around the house, but I was thinking maybe paper-mache? that’s just flour water and newspaper…
See, I’m grasping at straws, that’s why I’m here. Please help me be a fun mama on this snowy spring day!
Paper mache can be a bit messy. What about making a bunny out of wash clothes? Everybody has wash clothes at home. I did these when I was little and it was fun….it was something that I could give to my mom. Here are the directions on how to make them.

You can also use these bunnies as what they cal boo boo bunnies. you can put a piece of ice in the back and put on a boo boo.
Good Luck!!
We have A TON of leftover ham. Just wondering what we could do with it. We’re allready thinking split pea soup, but what are some other inexpensive healthy recipes that are kind of different! Any answers are appreciated!!
IM too if you want!
I’m gonna put this up to vote! All you anwers are great and used more than one!
Fried potatoes and Ham, Ham and corn chowder, Freeze the rest for a night you want to eat ham.
I dont want to eat them i just want them for decoration. My son and i are making decorations for around the house for easter so will they last a long time?
I leave mine as decorations for about a week.
