Buy some jelly beans and a few odds and ends of candy for the 9 month old and nothing they could choke on.

Get the 3 year old a dvd and a lamb Beanie Baby. Candy, too.

well for the tree year I would by her a webkins they are stuffed animals that you can use at home as well as acsesing a code to play games on the computer with the webkins.Also get her littel easter egg’s themed of her favorite tv show Dora,wiggels,wonder pets,anything she enjoys watching…fill them up with soft gummys or anything that she will not chock on
For the 9 month old I would buy a nice soft blanket of a charter from a favorite show…and a fluffy bunny stuffed animal..she really cant eat any candy so maybe get her some favorite baby food:)
You might also want to try toys R us or babies R us to find some other littel toys for easter

for the 9 yr old: about this age she may be into fashion maybe a necklace or bracelet; i remember at this age my aunt started a egg collection she gave me this decorative egg made out of wood that i still cherish and continued my collection with porcelain eggs; the best gift is showing them how much you really love them without giving any material things
