Buy a pot from the craft store and paint it. Put a spring flower in it that they can enjoy indoors, then plant it outside when it gets warm. Or, you can try to make them some chocolate eggs from scratch—they’ll love that you put the effort into making the perfect gift for them. Here’s a site with some great do-it-yourself gift ideas:

Its for my school party this friday the 14th. I want it to be like a dessert, but it has to be easterey. and unigue, different, and remember kids dont like healthy food, but personally i usually bring a fruit tray but nobody eats it.
Buy some pretzel rods (not the pretzel sticks…the bigger ones) and dip them halfway into melted chocolate. Then sprinkle some Eastery cookie sprinkles on them.
Kids get some favorite candy along with a chocolate bunny and a white chocolate cross. They used to get other “trinkets” so long as they fit in the basket such as silly putty, trading cards, lip balm, a hot wheels car or nail polish, that sort of thing. This year (they are older now), I will tuck in a $5.oo gift card to the local convenience store.
Presents that require gift-wrap? No, there are other occasions for that.

well for the tree year I would by her a webkins they are stuffed animals that you can use at home as well as acsesing a code to play games on the computer with the webkins.Also get her littel easter egg’s themed of her favorite tv show Dora,wiggels,wonder pets,anything she enjoys watching…fill them up with soft gummys or anything that she will not chock on
For the 9 month old I would buy a nice soft blanket of a charter from a favorite show…and a fluffy bunny stuffed animal..she really cant eat any candy so maybe get her some favorite baby food:)
You might also want to try toys R us or babies R us to find some other littel toys for easter
