i’m sure that there are going to be a lot of others wondering this same question. if you have any good recipes please share. thanks and happy easter!
I just made Tuna Salad today and used eggs.
I did think about all the eggs that have been boiled over this Easter Holiday.
I suggest using left over eggs for:
Deviled eggs.
Tuna Salad – uses 2 eggs per can tuna
Potato Salad – uses 4 eggs per 10 med sized potato’s
Egg Salad
Happy Easter!
Me and a few friends are organising the easter dance this year at a mormon church and have a very low budget for decoration, a tenner (£) maximum. How can we decorate the hall?
Help!
Answers so far are great. Any Others?
Streamers are fairly cheap. You could twist them and run them in loops along the ceiling. It really does change the entire room, and it’s easy. Also Christmas lights, if done correctly (and borrowed from people who already have them) could work. You could also try and get some of those fake trees that people often have in their home and place them around the room to hide the walls. Construction or crepe paper flowers can go on the walls, as well, and since they’re very colorful, they’d fit with the theme. Also, if you’re having the party in the gym, you should probably put streamers in the basketball hoop to hide it. (Or maybe cover it with a big, handmade paper egg or something.)
I’ve had to do this before for a catering company. Get the lights and the streamers, and you can really change the entire room for very little.
I have an Easter Lily. It is dying. Is it a bulb that will grow back next year? Or do I need to throw it away? If it’s a bulb, how do I get it to make more bulbs? Do I keep watering it? Do I cut off the dead plant stalk? Anything you know would help… Thanx.
Don’t through it away! Plant it in your garden and it will grow back next year and for many years to come. It will even reproduce and there will be many more. 🙂 It is a bulb. Bulbs will automatically make more bulbs on their own. You don’t need to water it any more if it’s dead now. You can cut off the dead plant stalk if you want, but you don’t have to.
My boyfriends mom got me a big Easter basket filled with chocolate bunnies and jelly beans and a little stuffed animal rabbit
I want to get her a little gift including a card but I don’t have any clue what to get her! Any ideas? (she doesn’t eat chocolate or candy)
Thanks SO much 🙂
Why not bake her something.Cup cakes,an Easter Cake, cookies…on Easter it never hurts to have extra treats on hand.
My son will be 14 months old on Easter Day..and as i know he doesn’t need an Easter Basket as some would say I want to do a little something for him that day. I see all types of baskets, but most are filled with candy that he can’t have. So if anyone has any ideas that could help me out I would greatly apprecitate it…Thanks
My son is 16 months. We purchased an empty plush basket that is of Elmo’s head with bunny ears. We then purchased a few things to go in the basket. We got three small Tonka cars that look like Wheel Pals but are smaller. They are the same size as cars that came with a few toy sets we had previously got him. The toy sets were for 18 months, but he plays with the m now. The cars are a soft plastic and large enough not to be a chocking hazzard. We also got two eggs that have M&Ms and Hershey Kisses in them. My sons likes shaking the eggs, and either my husband or I will eat the chocolate. We also bought a few other things we thought were cute, like a small stuffed duck. We purchased everything at Target.
